You don't even have his car seat on right. First of all the top latch goes across the nipple line and you have it down way too low. In a crash he would be ejected. Secondly, you are not supposed to strap kids into car seats with heavy coats because it can impede with how tight the straps need to be to protect your child in a crash. Don't you bother to read up on safety info about?
